Mata bor SUTTON TOOLS Carbide Drill D323 merupakan solusi presisi untuk melubangi material Baja Steel, Besi Karbon, Alloy Steel, Tools Steel maupun Mild Steel dengan rentang Hardness value 1400N/mm2 atau hingga 42 HRC. Tersedia untuk ukuran diameter 3xd, Ø3mm – Ø20mm, Mata pisau bor dari SUTTON TOOLS ini dibuat sesuai standar Jerman DIN 6537 . Ulir pisaunya memiliki ujung tajam 140° form C dengan sudut ulir R30. 

Bor Carbide SUTTON TOOLS Carbide Drill D323 ini juga dilindungi dengan coating Alcrona (AlCrN) atau aluminum chromium nitride. Pada kecepatan yang lebih tinggi, di mana kekerasan panas dan ketahanan oksidasi penting, Alcrona unggul, dibandingkan dengan pelapis berbasis Titanium, dengan suhu operasi hingga 1.100 °C. Mata pisau bor SUTTON TOOLS Carbide Drill D323 ini gagangnya lurus standar, jadi bisa digunakan pada bor portabel tangan dan bor drill press.

Fitur SUTTON TOOLS Carbide Drill D323:

  • Digunakan untuk bor tangan dan bor duduk dan beragam material logam non-ferrous Steel Alloy, dan semua material FERROUS hingga 42 HRC.

  • Cocok untuk tujuan pembuatan fastener, tersedia dalam ukuran Ø3mm – Ø20mm presisi.

  • Terbuat dari material inti gagang shank terbuat dari material Baja Solid Carbide Vollhartmetall (VHM) yang tahan panas untuk General purpose juga 

  • Memiliki 2 Flute dengan sudut tajam kemiringan 130° dan ulir potong pisau 30° tergantung diameter. Mudah dikendalikan dan di grip dengan baik pada segala jenis chuck mesin.

  • Lapisan coating Alcrona (AlCrN) atau aluminum chromium nitride dengan kekerasan tinggi, suhu operasi hingga 1.100 °C.

  • Memungkinkan juga pengeboran non-langkah pada kedalaman lubang 3xD.

  • Tipe gagang lurus atau Straight Shank digunakan untuk aplikasi drill press, maupun magnetic drill bor.
