Perhatian menggunakan tabel kondisi pemotongan
1) Sesuaikan kondisi pemotongan sesuai dengan kekakuan mesin atau keadaan klem kerja.
2) Dalam mesin atau pemasangan langkah pemesinan, ketika tidak ada kekakuan mesin atau chatter getar terjadi, kurangi rotasi dan laju umpan.
3) Kondisi basah untuk pengeboran dengan cairan pemotongan yang larut dalam air pada beragam Aluminium Alloy, Paduan Tembaga. Tidak cocok untuk Tembaga berilium (Beryllium Copper) yang sangat keras
4) Dalam cairan pemotongan yang tidak larut dalam air, kurangi rotasi dan laju umpan sebesar 20%.
5) Pengeboran logam berat melebihi baja hingga Stainless Steel tidak dianjurkan.
6) Mengebor umpan langkah ketika kedalaman lubang lebih dari 5 × Dc dalam,
Interval langkah pemberian pakan adalah sekitar 0,5 × Dc.
7) Gunakan hembusan udara untuk pendinginan dan eksklusi chip dalam proses kering.
8) Dengan percikan api selama pemotongan, atau panas karena kerusakan, atau keping panas, ada bahaya kebakaran.
Ambil langkah pencegahan kebakaran.
9) Retraksi feed langkah harus dikembalikan ke atas lubang.
10) Umpan langkah direkomendasikan ke 0,5 ~ 1,0 × Dc. Dalam kasus diameter kecil,
step feed direkomendasikan ke 0,2 ~ 0,5 × Dc.
11) Silakan gunakan fixture untuk mengontrol amplitudo mata bor di bawah 0,02mm,
untuk diameter kecil, amplitudo kontrol pemotongan berkecepatan tinggi mata bor 0,01 mm atau kurang.

NOTES:
- DLC Drills are available in Nonferrous Metals such as Aluminum, Copper Alloy. Not suitable for very hard beryllium Copper.
- Adjust cutting condition when unusual vibration, different sound occur by cutting.
- Provide sufficient amount cutting fluid to the cutting point and in the flute.
- Use the table values for drilling depth under 3×Dc.
- When for hole depth more than 3×Dc, reduce the rotation and feed by 20%
- When for hole depth more than 3×Dc deep, add step feeding.
However, a work material and cutting condition to chip removal may be worse. In that case, add A even if drilling depth 3×Dc is as follows.
- In step feed, return to the entrance hole.
- Step feed interval is about 0.2~1×Dc. In drill diameter of 1.0mm or less , about 0.1~0.2×Dc.
- Adjust the drill run out to 0.02mm or less.
