POSITION SUMMARY:       

Responsible for working in a group environment in supports for electrical hardware and software development, specifying electrical and electromechanical test and assembly equipment and tools, handling engineering projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive or PCBA background or similar industry.

  3. Good understanding and practical experience on the IPC standards (J- STD-001, 600, 610, etc.) in regards to printed circuits, printed circuit assemblies, process and inspections/tests.

  4. Experience in electrical hardware some software development and good knowledge of electrical and electromechanical materials and components

  5. Good knowledge of PC board development and familiar with data acquisition equipment and circuit simulation

  6. Strong analytical and leadership skills with hands on mentality as well as independent, motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

  7. Good troubleshooter and problem solver

  8. Team-oriented, flexible, with high organizational skills and a structured method of operation as well as self-dependent with an ability to work well under pressure and given deadlines

  9. Understand Quality criteria  on the process and equipment validation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Planning, scheduling and coordinating of engineering projects  and engineering changes from the administrative and technical side, incl. associate budgets.

  2. Review and develop new products as well as improve existing products.

  3. Review,  analysis and evaluate of electrical circuits.

  4. Reviews Customer’s specifications and requirements and applies them in the designs and procurement documentation as required.

  5. Contact customers and suppliers, coordinate and resolve relevant issues

  6. Supports operations and quality on manufacturing, Customer and Supplier issues. Assists in the Supplier selection.

  7. Preparation of process validation test plans  as required.

  8. Assist in the root cause analysis and investigation of quality problems and the preparation of 8D’s.

  9. Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.

  10. Continuous Improvement on the process and development.
